Cancellation Policy

Before dispatch: Email service@clhqfdj.com immediately with your order number and cancellation request. Orders cancelled before dispatch receive a full refund with no cancellation fee.

After dispatch: We may be unable to stop delivery. Contact us for return instructions under our Return & Refund Policy. This does not restrict any statutory right to cancel.

Order changes: Contact us before dispatch to request changes to your items or delivery address. Changes are subject to confirmation.

Refunds: Approved cancellation refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to any shorter legal deadline.

Cancellation by us: If an item is unavailable, delivery is unavailable, or we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund the affected items and any associated shipping charges.
