Return & Refund Policy

Return window: Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return.

Eligibility: For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include their original packaging and accessories. These conditions do not limit your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.

How to return: Email service@clhqfdj.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for return. For damaged or incorrect items, include photos where possible. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate warehouse address. Please send the item within 14 days of receiving those instructions.

Return address: Do not send returns to our business address or the address printed on the parcel without contacting us. The return warehouse may be overseas; we will confirm its location before you return an item.

Costs: Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are refunded where required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us promptly. We will arrange a suitable replacement, refund, or return at no additional cost to you.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return, or approval of a refund without return. We will meet any shorter legal deadline. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.

This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
