Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States. Delivery availability for your address is confirmed at checkout.

Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery normally takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery time is 8–18 business days from payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Fees

• Orders under $65: $7.99 standard shipping.

• Orders of $65 or more: Free standard shipping.

All amounts are in USD. The free shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping.

Shipping Origin
Orders may ship internationally from our own or partner fulfilment facilities, depending on inventory and your delivery address. Our Hong Kong business address is not necessarily the shipping origin.

Taxes and Duties
Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. Any import duties payable separately will be disclosed before purchase.

Order Tracking
After dispatch, we will email your tracking details. Tracking may take 1–3 business days to become available.

Delays or Missing Packages
If your order is overdue, tracking stops updating, or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact service@clhqfdj.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate solution. Confirmed lost parcels are eligible for a replacement or refund.

For significant delays, we will explain the available options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.
